Are you registered for the Open yet? If not, get on it. I’ve told some of you this before, so bear with me as I repeat it.


One of the things I wish I would have done in my first couple of years of doing Crossfit, is the Open. I did the workouts, but didn’t participate online.

Looking back, I wish I could track the progress from 8 and 9 years ago. I would love to see the progress. If I would have registered for the Open, I could compare. I could look back and see how I did at every WOD.

It also would have been fun to do it in the Friday night atmosphere. We have a good time cheering each other on, hanging out, and doing our best at whatever version of the workout we do.


So, get registered. Come out and have fun with us. It will be fun no matter what level you are at.

Tell a coach when you make it official so we can get your picture on the board.

Thursday night they will announce the WOD and it will be our Friday class workout.
