Doors open at 4 or a bit before.

Wear Camo if you have it! But you can come even if you don't have it.

Bring your family and friends!

Come work out, help judge, have a treat, hang out and get loud cheering each other on!

It's ok if You are not registered for the open; you are still welcome to participate and/or hang out.

You don't have to stay for the whole thing. Come when you can, leave when you want/need to.

All for time: 

5 rounds of:         

10 thrusters, weight 1    

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups 

Rest 1 minute, then:

5 rounds of:     

7 thrusters, weight 2   

 7 bar muscle-ups 

Time cap: 15 minutes
