This upcoming Saturday’s Schedule

Regular class hours this Saturday. The only change is that the 6:30 am class will be a regular WOD and only last an hour.


6:30 - 7:30 regular Crossfit

7:30-8:30 Gym Closed

8:30 - regular Crossfit

The doors will close and lock at 7:30 am for an hour until the 8:30 am Coach arrives. If you go to the 6:30 class, please be respectful of the end of class as the coach has a commitment she needs to attend to. Thanks!
