        6:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Open Gym/Comp Class

        8:00 a.m. Adventure WOD - plan on

                meeting at Elevated and going to 

                a park.  If you desire, prepare to be

                wet, possibly to swim.  There will be

                an alternate to the swim...so come!

                It’ll be fun!
