CLASH OF THE MERIDIEMS!!


clash of the a.m. (ante meridiem) and p.m. (post meridiem) classes, that is...

For the final two weeks of the CrossFit Open we will be dividing the gym into two teams.  Your primary time of attendance will designate which team (Team a.m. or Team p.m.) you will be on.  

Everyone gets to perform the Open WOD’s and their placing within the gym will go into determining which team gets to claim themselves the fittest.  

So....everyone has skin in this game!  Work hard! Go after 19.4a, 19.4b and 19.5 as hard as you can to support your team!
