Mark your calendars...November 21st we will be holding an in-house competition.
“In-house”, meaning we will be competing against others who attend our Box.
Tentatively, we are planning it to be a two-person of the same sex, team competition with Rx and scaled divisions.
This will be a fun day with great WOD’s and great people!
There will be an entry fee of $10/person.
Teams will be made up of pairings by the planning committee based on seeding from WOD’s we all have been and will be doing over the next few weeks.
