Independence Day Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - CrossFit
8:00 a.m. - CrossFit
Hey! It's half-day! Your year, 2024, is half-way done. You are more than half-way to Christmas. Your resolutions, if you made any, are either a well developed part of your life, or are long forgotten.
Enough of that...Rather than dwell on where our feet have trod, let's pay some attention to where they will go. Take a minute, or ten, and perform some self-evaluation. Are we where we want to be? Are we making progress? If not, what can we do to correct course? What little adjustments can we make to ensure we get to CrossFit more? What can we do to eat better? What do we need to do to get the necessary amount of sleep in? How do we carve out time to read and enlarge our minds? What can we do to better serve those around us?
Whatever changes we need to make, let's make them. Don't let yesterday's patterns hold tomorrow hostage (N. Maxwell). Each new day is a blank slate. Use it how you should. If you need help, find an accountability partner, enlist a coach (we are here to help), make some goals and stick to them. Aggressively and relentlessly pursue your best you. Become a force.
You are great! You can____! Whatever that blank is, you can do it. Plan your goals. Work at your goals. Work until you are exhausted. Work until you can't. Then, recover and do it again.
