Labor Day Schedule Reminder

We will be holding two morning classes

8 a.m. - CrossFit

9 a.m. - CrossFit

All other regularly scheduled classes are canceled for Monday (Labor Day)

btw...we are entering a new 11 week strength cycle. We are going to be focusing on building our foundational lifts; think squats first, deadlifts and presses. Come, get strong and enjoy the process!
