INFO - The Battle Within!

Here is the preliminary heat schedule. Please note that all athletes need to check-in between 7 and 7:30 a.m. This time, and any time, except for the WOD briefing, leading up to the 8:00 a.m. start of the 1st WOD, can be used for warm-up.

This schedule is not set in stone. We can and will make adjustments on the fly, so plan to be flexible. The final WOD heats will be set based upon seed results from the 1st two workouts.

Also, you may be asked to assist in judging, set-up, take-down, moving of equipment and helping to keep everything clean/sanitized and orderly. Please make plans to help this run smoothly. We can't do this without you and thank you in advance for your assistance.

Lastly, please be on time....for check-in, for your heat times, for athlete briefings, etc.
