We've had two weeks of the 2022 CrossFit Open. Two WOD's down, with a third waiting in the wings.
What will 22.3 be? Well, here's what we know:
Toes-to-Bar, Double-Unders and Thrusters have been in every Open since CrossFit began, and we haven't seen them this year
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups have only missed one year and we haven't seen them either
Required Equipment list for this year includes Dumbbells (utilized), Plyometric boxes (utilized), Barbells (utilized), Bumper Plates (utilized), Wall Space (utilized), Jump Rope (not yet), Pull-Up Bar (not yet)
Whatever couplet, triplet, etc. they have decided to go with will hurt...
So... you have a good idea of what may be coming. With that information, we have a challenge that will reward your team for the person who submits the WOD that is closest to what is announced on Thursday. To submit ideas, email them to lowerobe@gmail.com with the subject line of "22.3 WOD guess". Ideas must be submitted by Wednesday 3/9/2022 at 11:59 pm.
The self-reported challenges this week will be:
Drink your body weight in ounces each day
Eat some kind of vegetable (not powder) every day
That's it! Be good to yourself. Sleep. Eat the right stuff. Exercise. Smile. Know you are loved!
