24.2!!

24.2 has been announced and sounds like a bit of rowing, deadlifts and double unders!

We will be having another Friday night lights format for the 24.2 this week. Come to work out, sign your name in a time slot on the whiteboard, and you'll get your chance to get after it. Friends/Family are invited and welcome!

Of course, if you cannot attend during the 4:30-6:30 pm time slot we will assist you in completing the WOD. It will be the class WOD all day Friday and we will be able to work you in Saturday or Monday before the 6 pm cutoff as needed.

And for 24.3!!

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but I want to encourage everyone to make it to the final OPEN WOD of the season next Friday. We will have treats (you are welcome to bring some) and people will be getting after it. It will be a themed party, and the theme is CAMO. So, break out your dad's camo clothes and get them sweaty.

Also, invite your friends/family to come and support and cheer you on. If they are brave, we'd love to have them jump in and give it a go.
