Every one of you work hard. I love to see it. I am motivated and inspired by your efforts, your personalities and your friendships. You are the lifeblood of Elevated CrossFit.

Elevated CrossFit will be closed Labor Day, so, do one thing for you on Labor Day...Get out and Play. Try something new or take a dip in a pool. Use your time for some active recovery...or...go climb a mountain, paddle across a lake, run a trail, ride your bike, ...whatever you love...go and do.

Until Tuesday...then, of course, you are mine again...and we'll all have fun together!
