WOD for Tuesday 221213

Hey! Beginning Tuesday evening at 6:30 there will be a skills class! We will play with this over the next few weeks to see what you want. This week Bailey will be providing Snatch and Toes-to Bar instruction and coaching.

If you have feedback or requests for us, please share!

Our regular Tuesday 6:30 pm class will continue as well.
