1st thing - announcements/reminders


  • Get signed up for the Battle Within! Signups will close Wednesday so we can finalize plans for the comp.... just 13 days away now. The signup sheet is at the gym. The WODs have been posted and will be reposted

  • Thanksgiving/Black Friday Schedule will be announced shortly so stay tuned.. likely holding 1 or two classes Thanksgiving morning and an abbreviated schedule on Friday.
