12 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

9 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")

-While one partner completes 30/25 Cal Row or 25/20 Cal Echo or 400M Run, the other partner works on the 10 rounds.

-WOD is finished when 10 total rounds have been completed.
