Come celebrate the Close if the Open tonight! Evening classes will be doing the Crossfit Total…find your Max in the Back Squat, Deadlift and Strict Press. The combined weight of these three is your “Crossfit Total”. Then stay and hang with friends…bring something to share (if you want, no pressure). Family and friends are invited!
