We are going to be working through our max efforts on our lifts and some other movements over the next 5 or 6 weeks.
We will do our best to program time so everyone gets to do them, but if you miss, please make some time time to get them done.
Starting off Thursday with:
Power snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps Snatch balance 2-2-2-2-2 reps Squat snatch 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Working to 1 rep max squat snatch if you are comfortable with the movement or a multiple rep heavy max to estimate your single RM from.
Before or after your Snatches you will get to do a 500M row for your best time!
