It's finally here! The WOD for 20.5 has been announced, so we can all subject ourselves to one final Open WOD for 2019!
What else would you want to do on a Friday night? So, come and get your 20.5 WOD done, cheer your friends on and have a bit to eat.
It all starts at 6:00, and we'll go until everyone that wants to do the WOD has done it.
Bring your family, friends, kids, neighbors, acquaintances, enemies, co-workers...whomever.
We will have a movie going in the kids room, and we do ask that you keep them reigned in for safety's sake.
Anyway, please come early and be ready to warm-up, workout, mingle, help judge and support those sweating through this thing.
Yes, the Muscle-Ups make the WOD look ominous, but you can actually save those until the end of your WOD, so for most this will turn into a row/wall ball for time WOD with some attempts and possible 1st time Ring Muscle-Ups. There is a tiebreak time after the Row and Wall Balls are completed.
