Nutrition is the basis of fitness. Nutrition should be a very large part of any fitness or weight loss goal you want to make in your life. It lays the molecular foundation for fitness and health. You can attend the gym 6 times a week hoping for results. However, until you dial in your nutritional habits, those results you are striving for will be hampered and may be entirely canceled by poor nutritional habits.
