Minute 1 - 3 Thrusters + 3 OHS + 3 Thrusters

Minute 2 - Rest

Athlete's build to a heavy for the day, where the entirety of the 9 rep complex must be completed in "Minute 1". Sets do not need to be unbroken - the 60s is the window.
