Crossfit is flexible and adaptive by nature.
Don't stay home and skip your workout because you don't like what you see or if a body part we are going to use is sore or injured.
Come in, adapt the WOD to your needs, ask a coach to help you adapt it, and then get after it.
Even if that means you come in and row or stretch instead of doing anything that is posted.
It is important that you move. It speeds recovery and is therapeutic to the mind.
