Abmat Sit ups

100ft Farmer Carry 70s/50s after each set of sit-ups


Rest 3:00 then into:


8 rounds

1 Rope Climb

10 Push Up

15 Air Squat


Athletes may do 40-30-20-10 GHD SIT-UPS instead of Abmat, but they will begin and end with the farmers carry (and do them between sets of sit-ups)


Score is total time for both parts of the WOD including Rest.
