WOD for Thursday 200625

When we resolve to do something, nothing gets in our way. We may get knocked down and pushed around. We might get told we can't do it, that we are not good enough, that it's impossible. We might fail. We might fail again. The truth is, our objective may never be reached. Sometimes the objective is not the point. The journey may be the point. The growth and learning we experience will likely be worth far more than the goal. That is the point.

Whether we ultimately fail or reach that final goal, we will become something new, something better, something more complete. We will have forged character. We will know we can keep going in the face of whatever kind of adversity arises. We will be able to look ourselves in the mirror with respect. We will become the best version of ourselves.

So, set lofty goals. Make firm resolves. Go after something big. Say them out loud. Gather support around you. Think big. Then, make your plan, stick to your plan, work your plan. It will only serve to make you better.

You are part of a community of that will do nothing but gather around and cheer for you. I am your biggest believer! Each one of you is far greater than you give yourself credit for! It's time to turn the corner and sprint. Let's get after it and never look back!
