Remember, this is CrossFit, and CrossFit is meant to prepare you for the regular and not so regular rigors of life. We don't always like or look forward to every challenge that heads our way, but more often than not, we are better for having gone through them. The great thing about CrossFit is that I personally can't remember doing a workout that I wasn't happy that I did it afterwards. I may have a short/distorted memory, but it works.

Each of us is that much better after each WOD. We have taken a step in the right direction. Day after day, month after month, year after year, those steps turn into miles and miles. So, keep working out...be consistent...soon you will find yourself transformed, miles from where you started.
