EMOM 6 Minutes

Odd Minute: 7 Wall Facing Handstand Push Ups

Even Minute: 50ft single dumbbell overhead walking lunge (25ft each arm)


Then accumulate as many regular Handstand Push-Ups as possible in 4 minutes
