This Week! Open Stuff and Party!




This email is for all, so even if you are not signed up for, or participating in the CrossFit Open, please read:)


Monday, normal classes will be held. For those that still need to do the Open 24.2 workout or are unstable enough to redo it, you will be accommodated. Just let the coach know your intent when you arrive and we'll make it happen.


Regular classes will be held the rest of the week, with a little variation on Friday.


Friday's classes will again be centered around the Open WOD. In case there is any confusion, the Open WOD is for everyone. You don't have to be signed up for the Open to come in and work out. Classes will run like normal for the morning. Friday evening will be our OPEN Friday Night Lights closeout party! There is a CAMO THEME, so if you've got it, wear it. If you don't, you can borrow some or come as you are. We'll pretend we don't see you...get it?


Doors will open at 4:00 p.m. and our aim is to be done around 6:30/7.


There will be some kind of food/treats. You are welcome to bring something to share, but not obligated.

Bring your family/friends to watch and cheer you on!


If you will be working out, which we hope you will, make sure to find the whiteboard with the heat sign-up on it. Put your name in a heat and get ready.


We will also be asking for help judging, and we truly appreciate your help.


We hope you will come and work out, hang out and enjoy the evening together with us. You are free to come and go...you don't have to stay the whole time and you don't have to be there when the doors open...we'd just love to see your face and spend a bit of time with you.
