Schedule for New Year’s Day!!

Start the New Year off right with a workout!!


Our schedule New Year's Day will be:


7 a.m. Crossfit

8 a.m. Crossfit


No other classes Monday, so pull yourself out of bed Monday, and make your way to the gym in time for one of the classes.


It'll be fun!


And.... If you are doing the challenge, you'll get to earn your Elevated WOD point for the day.
