Just a couple of things for everyone....


  1. The annual CrossFit Open is coming up. It begins at the end of February, so if you've been putting off a last push before you start your training for the Open, it's time to go...

  2. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the gym clean. There is a noticeable difference between a few weeks ago and this last week. Keep up the good work...keeping the floors salt/water/moisture free and erasing your porcelain deeds.

  3. Please help us keep the dumbbells and kettlebells neat and orderly. When you come into a class they should all be tucked in neatly beneath the shelving and on their racks. After use, please return them underneath so nothing is sticking out.

  4. Please pick up after yourselves and your kids. Sucker sticks, ground up candy, cans, bottles, etc need to be left in trash cans. We find way too many of these items laying around after classes. All equipment needs to be returned to it's place

  5. NUTRITION CHALLENGE!!!
