In case you didn't know....

THE BATTLE WITH-IN 2

We have an in-house competition coming up. There is a sign-up at the gym on the whiteboard that is near the rig. This will be similar to the last in-house comp we had where we are in teams of 2 and it will be fun for all. You get to choose your division (Rx or scaled), but your partner will be selected for you. We will consider suggestions.


Save the date - October 16th....a Saturday...about a month away.


Cost is $10/person


There will be prizes, fame and glory available!!
