Elevated CrossFit THRIVE Fitness Nutrition Challenge

Here it is!! The details about our upcoming challenge are below!


Are you interested in changing how you feel? Do you want to see faster results and progress towards your fitness goals? Do you want to jump-start your new year? Do you want to be in your best shape ever? Are you ready to get serious about creating long lasting solid habits? Do you want to do your best in the upcoming CrossFit Open? Do you simply want to look better in your swimsuit?


If any of these questions strike a chord, our challenge is for you! Get serious, sign up at the gym, create your own team (or we can create one for you), and get started!


Overview: Welcome to the Elevated CrossFit Thrive 4-Week Team Challenge! This

challenge is designed to push your physical limits, enhance your nutrition, and optimize

your recovery for overall well-being.


DATES: January 1st - 28th


Workout:


• Complete workouts at Elevated CrossFit each week.


Nutrition Guidelines:


• Include a lean protein source (chicken, fish, tofu, Greek yogurt, beef, eggs, etc.) and a

variety of colorful vegetables with each meal.

• Aim for a balance of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) in each meal.


Hydration and Recovery:


• Drink a minimum of 100 ounces of water each day.

• Ensure you get 7+ hours of sleep per night to optimize recovery and performance.


Scoring:


• Participants earn 1 point for completing each workout.

• Participants earn 1 point per meal with protein and vegetables included.

• Participants earn 1 point for meeting daily water intake goals.

• Participants earn 1 point for sleeping 7+ hours each night.

• All points will be tracked on a scorecard and turned in to Jenny Franson weekly by

the team captain.


Cost to participate: $20 per person.

Teams: Participants will be put in teams of 4 or you can make your own team of 4.

Winning Prize: The team with the highest overall score at the end of the 4 weeks will

win awesome prizes!!!
