WHEN: Saturday, September 21st
The doors will open at 7a.m.
The first WOD briefing will begin promptly at 8a.m. (This is a must attend briefing - do not be late

WHERE: Elevated CrossFit (of course)
WHY: This is a COMMUNITY event. It is more about coming together in and having fun with each other, with a couple of workouts thrown in. You are welcome to bring family, friends and food
WHAT: 3 Partner WOD’s (shown below). Each team gets to participate in 3 separate WOD’s. They will be judged and scored. Teams with the highest scores in their respective divisions will win incredible trophies. There will be men’s and women’s scaled and Rx divisions. All skill and fitness levels of athletes will be accommodated. The WOD’s below do not show the scaled versions.
HOW: 1st - sign-up - The sign-up sheet is at the gym below the whiteboard that shows the WOD. Cost is $10/person. This can be paid in cash (give to a coach) or via the VENMO on the fridge. Put your name on the list, and if you have a partner preference please indicate that next to your name. 2nd - As we've stated, this is a community building event. Good sportsmanship, cooperation, cheering each other on, helping with judging, moving equipment, keeping everything orderly and clean, gathering and listening when asked, etc. are all highly encouraged and expected. This is not the event to express your disagreement with how the judges are doing.
Even though we are doing this as a competition, it is not about crowning the King and Queen of Elevated CrossFit. This is for fun, for giving people a taste of competing, but in a laid back, low pressure atmosphere among friends.
