8:30 am - Regular Crossfit Class

7:30 am - ADVENTURE WOD

Our adventure WOD’s provide an opportunity to get outside an use our fitness in the real world. So we don’t leave anyone behind we‘ve created a signup.

We will meet at a parking lot just outside the mouth of AF Canyon and carpool to the Silver Lake trailhead above Tibble Fork. Plan on being back out of the canyon in the early afternoon. More info will be published in this same forum later this week with detailed instructions of what to bring, where to meet and a trail map.

Its going to be fun and it’s a beautiful area, so plan on it!
