21.3 is....

I have no idea...kind of. It really doesn't matter. It's going to be a CrossFit WOD that will test our strength, stamina and skill. Not to downplay it, but that is what I tell myself so I can relax a bit all week. The great thing is, you play like you practice and we practice this stuff a lot! A few hints about the workout are down below this next part, but first:

We will be having our final 2021 Friday Night Lights this Friday.

We have created a sign-up so you can reserve a time to do your WOD. So, go to this link and choose a time:

Friday night we will have some refreshments, a good workout and some swag for everyone. So bring your family and friends to cheer you on during your WOD!

Here's what we know about the workout:

It won't have rowing

It won't have ring muscle-ups

It won't have wall balls

so...happy birthday to the not-so-tall people

The Open has always had thrusters, pull-ups and toes-to-bar and usually a heavy barbell and we haven't seen any of these yet.

It sounds eerily like a Fran style WOD with a heavy lift finisher is coming our way. So, if I had to predict it (knowing I will be wrong), I'd say:

27 Thrusters 95/65

27 Pull-Ups

21 Thrusters

21 Toes-to-Bar

15 Thrusters

15 Pull-Ups

9 Thrusters

9 Toes-to-Bar

9 Minute time Cap

At 9 minutes you have 6 minutes to find a 1RM Clean (Power or Full)

It'll be simpler than that, but there's my guess.

See you soon!
