P1: 1:00 Lateral Bar Hops P2: 1:00 Lateral Bar Hops P3: 1:00 Lateral Bar Hops 

P1: Row 2:00 for Calories P2: Row 2:00 for Calories P3: Row 2:00 for Calories 

*1 team member works at a time and completes their portion, then the next follows 

*Score is total team calories plus total team deadlifts

*Teams of two can remove P3 and work as above

*Teams of 1 can remove P2 and P3 and rest 90 sec between movements
