Ascending Ladder for 9 Minutes: 2 CTB Pull-ups, 1 Power Snatch (135/95) 4 CTB Pull-ups, 2 Power Snatch (135/95) 6 CTB Pull-ups, 3 Power Snatch (135/95) 8 CTB Pull-ups, 4 Power Snatch (135/95) 10 CTB Pull-ups, 5 Power Snatch (135/95) Continue to add (1) to each movement per round. 

*athletes may substitute ring muscle-ups for CTB pull-ups  1:2
