For those that are re-doing 18.5 or doing it for the 1st time, that will be your WOD for the day.  

Everyone else: 

The Other One AMRAP 9: 3 Kettlebell Swings (24/16) 3 Goblet Squats (24/16) 3 Burpees 

Every time you complete a round you will begin the next round adding three to each movement each time through.
