Ok, for those that haven’t worked out this year..let’s make Wednesday the new start.  You may have had some rest and may have even been well fed over the past few weeks...whatever state you are in, let’s kick it into motion again.  

The next few months leading up to the open will hold a good deal of conditioning and skill refinement work; both of which we need. So, hold on tight and let’s get into the best shape of our lives!
