11 Days



Only 11 days until the start of the 2021 Open.

The Open is the worldwide CrossFit competition. It is open to everyone, from first-time Crossfitters to the most experienced.

The Open serves as a yearly measuring stick of our progress; we can see how we stack up against thousands of others who compete in the open, and see our personal progress year after year.


More than anything, the Open is about our Community. Come, take part in the workouts, cheer and be cheered on as you and your Elevated family reach new heights. You will be happy you did!

Details- A new WOD (Workout of the Day) is announced every Thursday for 3 weeks beginning March 11th. You will have until the following Monday evening to complete the workout and report your score. Your score is then ranked with others in your age/gender category. When the three weeks are over you will get a pretty good idea of your strengths and weaknesses and what you can work on going forward. The announced WOD will be our Friday‘s scheduled workout. You may complete the WOD in any of our classes, though it would be most fun to do it during our Friday Night Lights evening sessions each week. If you miss it on Friday, we will help you make it up. If you will be out of town, you can do it at most Crossfit locations, or you can find a place to do it and record it.
