300 Squats while the other partner holds the bottom of a squat
200 Pushups while the other partner holds an elbow plank
30 Snatches (165/105) while the other partner holds bar overhead
20 Lunges (each) with partner on back
Gonna get to know each other real well.
Rest Day (seriously, rest day. No WOD, no gym clothes, just go play in a park and do some active recovery in the sunshin
