Call or email us anytime to set up a free consultation. Availability changes and fills up fast, so call early to get on the schedule. In this 60 minute class, we'll sit down with you and talk about your fitness history and your goals. We want to get to know you to make sure we can provide everything that you need, and that we are a right fit for you. We'll also provide an Athletic Assessment and a Mobility Assessment, so come prepared to work. 

After this consultation, we'll be able to make the proper recommendation as to which program will give you the best results.

No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, we have the program and coaches for you!

After the initial consultation 3 additional Get Elevated Personal Training sessions are required for everyone. This class is held to 1-5 attendees and will teach you how to safely perform the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit. These classes are designed for the individual that ultimately wants to join our group WOD classes. Intro classes are predominantly skill oriented, but you will get to move a lot and participate in a workout at the end of each class. You must attend all three sessions in the same week (7 days). If the regularly scheduled times do not work, please call to set up an appointment. Upon completion of the three sessions, you can join the regular group classes at your coaches discretion. If further instruction is needed, you can attend as many intro sessions as you wish at a highly discounted rate until ready. Or personal training is available as well.
